PET Lamination Film

K Laser Technology's holographic PET lamination film has excellent machinability and printing properties, offering superior color accuracy, strong ink adhesion, and long-lasting durability – making it ideal for high-quality print applications. When laminated to paperboard or other film substrates for folding boxes or soft pouches, PET film provides an excellent printing surface and serves as an effective moisture barrier, protecting the product inside.

Holographic patterns in silver or transparent:

  • Thickness: 12µ~16µ
  • Applications: Laminating for packaging, trading cards, game cards, etc.

  • Thickness: 23µ, 50µ
  • Applications: Pressure sensitive labels

Holographic OPP Over-laminating Film

The beautiful diffractive patterns on the transparent OPP film make it a perfect finish film as it provides visual enhancement and protection for the prints.

  • Thickness: 20µ
  • Features: Low haze, good transparency, excellent machinability, available in expansive holographic patterns
  • Applications: Suitable for over-laminating with a diverse range of substrates for visual enhancement, durability, and protection.

MatteShield™ Film

Overlaminate Scuff-protection

MatteShield™ is a printable overlaminate matte film from K Laser Technology. The BOPP film utilizes proprietary technology allowing a chemical reaction to increase hardness and create the scuff resistant structure on the film surface.

MatteShield™ has superior durability, suitable for various lamination applications for packaging, commercial prints and more. Its stability and versatility suggest and extensive range application such as UV printing and foil stamping post-lamination.

  • Thickness: 19µ ± 1
  • Features: Scratch resistance, semi-matte
  • Applications: Electronics and luxury product packaging, commercial prints, promotional items

Velvet Film

In addition to the functional film introduced above, the velvet film is a more design-oriented option. With a fully matte finish, it enhances the tactile experience of the laminated product, adding warmth and a sense of luxury. Used for over-lamination, the velvet film also gives printed colors a bolder, cooler tone, further elevating the product's perceived value with its velvety touch.
